#14838 I think a lot of people are turned off by the incessant spamming of the board.

#14839 Good to see some replies, thought maybe my computer was stuck in some kind of loop where nothing after July 1 was showing up on the site.
I know what you mean about the spam, but there has not been any of that sneak in that I've seen since 7-1-17.
MANual, hope you can enjoy some time away from Wooorrrkkk. Its kinda hot right now as I am sure your aware of being next door in Iowa, so I am not ambitious to go out shooting some test loads for the rifle.

#14840 It's been running 110-118 degrees here in Vegas for the last week so no shooting for me. My range is available 24/7 but it's tough to motivate myself after dinner. zzz

#14841 We have not had the extreme heat that that south and southwest have been having, but off and on the humidity has made it pretty unpleasant to be out of doors.

More on topic -- has anyone seen ANY .22 TCM rifles offered for sale by dealers or distributors? None of the distributors I use has had any in inventory since well before the first of the year. I know the distributors let their inventories run way down toward the end of any given year, but usually start to restock around February or March.

Anyone else done any monkeying around with CFE BLK?

Thanks for sparking the conversation. I was getting a little worried that we'd have to start talking politics or some weird stuff like that pretty soon. zzz

#14842 Mbogo wins for most heat, Wow!
Heap, the answer to your observation on RIA rifle availability also seems to be applicable to Pistol to a degree also. Most retail outlets I've looked at do not have any 22TCM offerings at all for a long period of time.
And I recall seeing some news headlines about Geo-Political happenings going on in the Philippines and my thought at the time was that it might affect availability of firearms to USA. Also heard of port delays do to the dock workers strikes last year.
So yeah perhaps politics has penetrated our discussion here?????? But lets hope that is not the case .
Or maybe they are clearing the way for the Polymer stock rifle to gain traction once its released in volume.

#14843 I've never seen a TCM rifle in Vegas.

That said, I'd probably build one on a .22 Hornet-sized action (if they made on in left-hand) for compactness.

#14990 Hello all - New member - new to TCM - Recently bought a 22TCM Commander Combo - Tested it as it was a rental/consignment pistol. They never had any 22TCM ammo to rent it for the 6 months I fondled it. I found some ammo and was able to mag thru it and I just stared at it - Then it came home with me.

Just started reloading for it but bullets were hard to find - My order from ASW is due today -

Minneapolis, MN here - so if anyone wants to meet and tell lies - let me know.
