#13139 I just bought a MecGar Para P18 17 round mag for $26.60 on GunBroker.com.
When I get it, I will post if it works well or not.

#13229 Greg Cote has them for $21.95 but after reading the notes I just stuck with the $29.99 TCM mag from Ammo Supply Warehouse. The extra I got there so far has been flawless.

That ebay auction is Gun Mag Warehouse's store. They show the high cap P18 for $20.73 on their website but out of stock. Have ordered from them in the past with good results.

Wood Chucker,
Thanks for keeping me honest. I didn't catch that. They are 10 rounders. And MecGar tells me they
cannot be converted back to 17 rounders with out destroying them.

Received Magazine today, fits gun, identical to RIA magazine. Accepts .22TCM and 9MM.
Loaded the mag with 9MM and loaded and ejected all. Will go out to range tomorrow and
check it out. Looks like a winner! The Magazine is a Mecgar by the way.

#13308 I just got 2 P18s from Midway for 20 each.I will have to contoure the lips just a bit for them to feed but it should be an easy task for anybody that likes to tinker around in the shed.

TcmMinnesota,
Yeah, I had to contour the lips on my Para P18. But it feeds both .22TCm and 9MM now, just got to go to the
range and pop a few caps to see what happens.

I took my original TCM magazine, and copied the contour on the new mag using my Dremel tool and the
small conical grinder. Take it easy, though if you try it, go slow, and easy. I got my new mag pretty close.
It feeds 9 MM and .22TCM both, all seventeen cartridges. I HAVE NOT shot it yet though. More to follow
after I go to the range again. Do not do this until I find out if the mag will feed while firing. I would hate
to have any of you waste a mag on my say so without proof.
